- 2 packages Maine Family Farms chicken wings
- 1/3 cup tamari (or soy sauce or coconut aminos)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients. Stir well and add chicken wings. Marinate for at least one hour or overnight.
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place a wire baking rack over a large sheet pan.
Spread chicken wings across the baking sheet evenly. Bake for 35 minutes or until cooked through.
Optional: garnish with sesame seeds.
Feel free to add a little hot sauce or fish sauce to the marinade for a bigger flavor pop.
