- 4 ripe peaches, cored and chopped into 1-inch pieces
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or arrowroot starch
- 3/4 cup Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Old Fashioned oats
- 1/2 cup One Mighty Mill flour (all-purpose, wheat or oat)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon Curio Spice Co. cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Curio Spice Co. sea salt
- 1/3 cup melted Cabot Creamery unsalted butter or coconut oil
